Based in Maldon Essex, Petro Designs Ltd was established in 1996 offering Architectural Services, and in 2003 expanded to include Building Surveying Services becoming a Chartered practice. The company prides itself of offering a professional and personal service.

We undertake various forms of architectural work throughout the UK for a general client base, these include industrial, motor trade related premises, petrol filling stations, educational establishments and a range of residential projects.  The scope of works extend from new brown field developments to conversions, refurbishments and general maintenance.

Our services include concept design, feasibility, planning, detailed working drawings and specifications, competitive tendering, contract administration/project management, professional report writing and building surveys.
